Hirofumi Toyama

Born in Fukuoka in 1967 and currently based in Aichi. Toyama idealizes the act of drawing that which he has not seen before. He seeks to produce tableaux that show the process of his drawing by responding to images that come into his mind. Toyama plans to show three of his most recent paintings for the Aichi Triennale.
