Born 1978 in Neuquen, Argentina. Lives in London. Pica applies art forms very wide range, including installations, performance, video and photographs that adroitly pick up on everyday objects, situations as well as the collective memory of places and communities. In a very poetic way, her presentations connote the methods we create to survive reality and to challenge common sense. Often humorous, Pica's work is a critique on the symbolic matters that manifest the social structure.
