Valsan Koorma Kolleri is a multi-disciplined sculptor working in not only sculpture but also drawing, installation, public art, architecture, painting and photography etc. His work inhabits spaces where nature and culture meet, creating new macrocosms and microcosms of the biotic world. His work is layered with history and archeology using elemental nature to construct liminal realities. His vision is open to the global potentials of the space defined by his work, demonstrating the confluence of dimensional relationships between matter (as material form) and the transpersonal (as history and contemporary culture).
