The following reports the results of our discussions with the twelve artists who requested suspension or alteration of their exhibits at Aichi Triennale 2019, in response to the Aichi Triennale Organizing Committee's decision to close "After 'Freedom of Expression?'" These requests were made as a protest against the closure of the exhibition, and as a show of solidarity with the artists whose works were presented there.
