Information on Oliver Herring's "Task Party"
Please bring a couple of recyclable items along with you - paper, fabric, cardboard, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and so on. You'll have more fun at the party if you do!
Oliver Herring's "Task Party"
■Venue: Former Moririn Nagoya Branch Building, Choja-machi area
■Date and time: October 2nd (Sat) 14:00〜16:00 (latecomers and stragglers welcome)
■Free entry
Participants at this "task party" will each write out some task, action or duty to be performed on a piece of paper.
The "artwork" consists of the various processes that each person goes through in order to complete the task that they have chosen at random. The aim of the party is not to see if people succeed in resolving the task assigned to them, but rather to experiment with one's own ideas and facilitate surprising, unexpected encounters.
